Business Management
Serving as one of the key decision makers throughout the entire term of your contract, KMG will advise and consult each internal client in all business negotiations, as well focus its efforts directly towards many day-to-day initiatives, including:

  • Assembling and managing each client's professional team; introducing the client's to lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, marketing executives; and overseeing their daily work.

  • Promoting each client's career and creating mainstream opportunities, including helping each client coordinate a publicity and marketing campaign.

  • Contractual Preparations

  • Business negotiations and day-to-day follow-through

  • We create service invoices and deal memo’s for all bookings, advertisements, and commercial opportunities. We ensure that all internal clients receive a-plus satisfaction during every booking. We also ensure that our clients receive their service pay as soon as possible.

  • We coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns for all projects.  We make sure that these projects are treated as priorities during all execution phases.

  • For KMG's recording artists; we create all of the opportunities listed above, as well as advise on major career decisions, such as deciding which record company to sign with, whether to make a publishing deal, how much money to ask for, etc.  In addition, we also help our recording artists with the creative process, such as selecting producers, deciding which songs to record, hiring band members, selecting photographers and styling teams, etc. We also manage the relationship of the record company (and vendor agencies) to ensure great follow-through and constant communication.

  • Calendar Management

Generally, we are the buffer between our internal clients and the outside world, such as field inquiries for commercial endorsements, personal appearances and additional requests.

Strategic Marketing
The strategic marketing team here at Keen Management Group is responsible for creating many marketing initiatives in each client's respective fields of interest, including opportunities online/digital media, mobile, retail, events & sponsorship, promotions, and much more.

Communications
The Communications team here at KMG will develop and create many different branding elements; which can be served for public awareness and messaging. Communication elements include press kits, biographies, publication reviews, press releases, and much more.

Booking Opportunities
In support to our day-to-day business management efforts, KMG also has a team dedicated to securing booking opportunities for each internal client. Many of our corporate accounts include, film production studios, record/production companies, fashion brands, print media, and much more.

Creative Services
KMG has maintained a great repor for customer satisfaction to many external clients, and therefore provides many of its services to celebrity and non celebrity clientele. Services to external clients include, photography, music production, film production, choreography/dance, fashion styling, makeup design, hairstyling, and much more.
