Those are the four words that define Mr. Fred D. Tessier, a young, senior-level business executive (and entrepreneur) hailing from grounds of New York City.  His alias unlike the norm, but very appropriate for a man of his caliber, "Mr. Keen".  In support to his sharp stance on business ethics, Tessier founded Keen Management Group in early 2003.  Tessier's love for the entertainment business, music, fashion, politics, and most importantly negotiations; gave him his true passion to supporting many of today's talented professionals.

With over 10 years of media and entertainment experience under his belt, Fred Tessier has been a determined hardworking business man who rarely meets defeat.  Having been a proactive member of the Sony Music Group for five years, and also advancing his career into the Media and Television industries at MTV Networks; Fred Tessier has followed the trends of all the three industries (Music, Film, and Fashion), and strategized his experiences for today's opportunistic marketplace.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Management and Marketing, in addition to a minor in Music and Media Arts from Long Island University; Tessier's role while at Sony Music has been to secure brand marketing and retail development initiatives for many of today's superstar recording artists, including: Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, Nas and Good Charlotte.

Fastfowarding now to a more digital and media industry with MTV Networks, Fred Tessier has been responsible for creating marketing and sales initiatives for brands under the Viacom umbrella including MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Films, DreamWorks, Spike TV, and Nickelodeon.  After his experiences at MTV, Mr. Tessier's path led him to Nokia's Nseries division based in White Plains, New York where he launched and created many marketing and retail initiatives for Nokia's products and services. His first project, Nokia's N95 multimedia device gave Apple's I-Phone a run for its buck in 2008.

Without letting a great opportunity pass him, Mr. Tessier also served as an executive at World Wrestling Entertainment conducting retail development and consumer marketing opportunities for WWE Chairman, Mr. Vince McMahon.  Today, Tessier serves as Manager and Agent to some of the most talented individuals throughout the entertainment industry, including celebrity choreographers, Cicely and Olisa (Nu-Stylz).
